Templates
Templates are a great option if you need inspiration to get started or a consistent style for your internal questionaires.
You can make your own templates containing any of our forms macros, or you can use our pre-made templates for a quick start. Our templates can be found in the the templates tab.

To reach the templates page select Templates from the left hand navigation menu. Depending on your settings this may be found in the more section.
Here you can see all the templates available in Confluence. Search for Forms for Confluence to find our selection of templates with embedded forms.
Tip: After selecting a template you will need to configure the form it contains before your users can submit responses.
