Forms For Confluence Homepage
View and interact with your forms by clicking Forms for Confluence via the Apps drop-down in the top navigation bar.
The homepage contains the forms you've created or been added as a collaborator.
Use the Search field to locate specific forms.
Click a Form name on the homepage to see its response data. For more information, see Form Responses.
Click Create new form to create a form in any space you have access to.
Actions
Click the three-dot option in the action column for your desired form to see the list of actionable options.
- Configure Form
- Opens the form configuration window.
- Edit Form
- Opens a new tab with the page with the form so you can open the editor to edit the form.
- Export
- An Export window opens.
Click Done to begin the export.
- Archive
- An Archive Confirmation window opens.
Once you've read the warning and ensured your Form Name is no longer in use, clickArchive.
