Field Types
Once you've created your first form, you can use the field type options to build a form that will suit your needs. This section details and explains field types and provides an example use case for each.
Field Types:
- Attachment
- Allows attachments to be collected from respondents.
- Checkboxes
- Allow respondents to select multiple answers in a single-column format.
- Checkbox matrix
- Allow respondents to select multiple answers across multiple columns of your choice.
- Date
- Allow respondents to select a date value from a date picker.
- Dropdown
- Allow respondents to select from a dropdown of options.
- Hidden Field
- Creates a value for a form without displaying the field to the end-user.
- Long answer
- A text-based question type designed for longer text responses.
