User Picker

Using the User Picker Macro, you can create a dropdown list of all the users from a space to pick one or multiple users.

Note: Field types must be added using the Form Builder to function.

Add a user picker to your form

Open the Form Builder
1. Click Create new form from the My Forms page
2. Edit an existing Create form macro on a page
Click Add question → User picker.
Fill in desired configuration details:
1. Provide a title or question.
2. Optional: Add a description to appear under the user picker option.
3. Optional: Select the Limit to specific groups checkbox option to restrict the options shown in the user picker. You can select multiple groups.
4. Optional: Select the Make this field required checkbox option.
  This will prevent users from submitting the form without selecting a user in this field.
5. Optional: Select Multiple options can bee selected to allow users to add more than one user as a response.
Click Save in the Form builder when finished.
This saves the inputs and returns the screen to Confluence Edit mode.
Publish or Preview the page to see the final result.
