View Responses

Once responses are submitted, you can view them in detail.

Access depends on your role:

  • Users can see results only when a Responses Table macro is placed on a page they can access.
  • Space administrators can view responses for forms in their space through Space Tools.
  • Confluence administrators can view all responses across the site.

View Responses as a Confluence Admin

  1. Go to General Configuration → Forms for Confluence .
  2. Find the Form ID then select the Cog icon → View Responses .
  3. Review the list of submissions.
  4. Select a row to view the full details of that submission.

View Responses as a Space Admin

  1. Go to Space Tools → Forms for Confluence .
  2. Find the Form ID and select the Cog Icon → View Responses .
  3. Review the list of submissions.
  4. Select a row to view the full details of that submission.
