Mail Body Formatter

Explore Mail Body Formatter in Forms for Confluence Data Center.

This macro lets you control how responses appear when they are emailed. This lets you turn the response emails into an easier to read format.

1. Create a form using a Forms macro.
2. Add a Mail Body Formatter macro inside the Forms macro.
3. Select the macro then Default.

   This fills the macro with the fields collected in the form.

   
4. Edit the macro content using the field values to create the format required for the email.
   
5. Publish the page.
