Export Responses

Learn how responses can be exported for analysis outside of Confluence.

Responses can also be exported for analysis outside of Confluence. Exporting is useful when you need to share data with other teams, import into Business Intelligence (BI) tools, or archive responses. Supported formats include CSV, JSON, and XML.

  1. Space admins: Navigate to Space Tools → Forms for confluence .
  2. Confluence admins: Navigate to Confluence Administration → Forms for Confluence .

Export from Forms Configuration tab

  1. Find the Form ID, and select the Cog Icon → Export .
  2. Choose the required file type, and then click Export.
    The file is downloaded to your downloads folder.

Export from responses tab

  1. Navigate to the Forms for Confluence tab.
  2. Find the Form ID, and select the Cog Icon → View Responses .
  3. Select Export All.
  4. Choose the required file type, and then click Export.
    The file is downloaded to your downloads folder.
