Administration

Forms for Confluence requires some setup and management from site and space administrators who configure how forms behave across Confluence.

These settings control where responses are sent, how they are stored, and which users have access to manage form configurations.

Use the links below to navigate to the administration tasks you need:

• Mail Server Configuration — configure outgoing email servers for form responses.
• Form ID Management — create, track, update, and delete Form IDs that control where responses are stored.
• Space Administrator Permissions — learn what space admins can control in their space.
• Disable Popups — turn off setup and usage popups across your site.
• Email Template for Onboarding Users — use and customize the suggested email for introducing Forms for Confluence to your teams.
• Connect to Jira using ScriptRunner — set up the link between Confluence and Jira for creating Jira issues from form submissions.
