Setup Form ID Configuration

Administrators can configure Form IDs that can be used in a form. Form IDs are reusable and can be used across several forms, making them convenient for defining the behavior of multiple forms.

In this section, you can get information about creating a Form ID and the administrator's various operations, such as tracking and deleting Form IDs.

Once the Form ID has been configured, the administrator can edit and change all the fields of the Configured Form ID, except for the ID, which is immutable.

Form IDs can be configured to use the Internal Database, email addresses, user names, or ScriptRunner for Jira.
