Tracking Form IDs

You can track the usage of configured Form IDs in your Confluence pages, so you can easily see where Forms is helping your organization collect and manage information from users.

Prerequisites

• Log in to Confluence as an Administrator
• Configure Form IDs
• Use Configured Form IDs in Confluence pages

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Forms Administration page.

   Find the Form Configuration section at the end of the page.

   

2. Click Show Usages under the Operations column.

   A pop-up displays where the associated Form ID is being used, along with the Author and Creation Date details for the page.

   You can use the links from here to take you directly to the page where the defined Form ID is being used.
