Build Your Forms
Forms for Confluence uses macros to create forms. Every form begins with the Forms macro, which acts as a container. Inside this macro, you add input field macros to capture data, as well as supporting macros to manage destinations, notifications, and submission flow.
You can explore:
Field Macros - input fields such as text, multiple-choice, ratings, and file uploads.
Forms Macro - the Forms macro and its Submit button.
Supporting Macros - control confirmation messages, email destinations, and formatting.
Confluence Values Field - automatically capture contextual Confluence data (e.g., current user or space key).
