Form Page

Use this macro to break a large form into multiple pages so users aren't overwhelmed.

Use this macro to break a large form into multiple pages so users aren't overwhelmed. Form Page macros will guide the user to complete the form in stages. A user can also track their current place in the form with a progress bar on all pages. Place your input field macros inside each Form Page block.

  1. Create your form using the Forms macro.
  2. Add the Form Page inside the Forms macro.
  3. Optional: Enter a title in the Form Page Title.

    The title appears at the top of the form page and at the bottom of each form page in the progress bar.

  4. Click Save.
  5. Add the relevant input field macros inside this Form Page.
  6. (optional) Repeat with additional Form Page macros for each section.
  7. Publish the page to see your new form.
