Decryption

You may need to decrypt your files for migration, sharing, or other scenarios.

To decrypt projects previously saved with Encryption for Jira, follow the steps below.

Decrypt project files:

  1. From the Attachment Encryption screen, select Encrypt only specific projects.
  2. Use the Filter By option and select Encrypted.
  3. Use the toggle option labelled Encrypted, ensuring each desired project file is in the off position.
  4. When you've decrypted each desired project file, click Save changes.
