View Metrics
You can track how your content is performing from the Metrics screen. Open the Metrics screen by selecting Metrics from the header menu or by clicking View Metrics in the Metrics tile on the homepage.
The Metrics page has two sections: Performance Overview and Post Performance. Please see below for more details about the data provided in each section.
Performance Overview
The Performance Overview section displays the following statistics, aggregated from data collected from all posts made from connected accounts on all platforms for the past 30 days:
- Total Reach: The total number of times a post published in the last 30 days was displayed on a user's screen.
- Total Reactions: The total number of likes or reactions to all posts published in the last 30 days.
- Total Posts: The total number of comments received on posts published in the last 30 days.
Shares: The number of times posts published in the last 30 days have been shared.
Post Performance
The Post Performance section displays individual data for each post made from any connected account. It displays the following statistics:
Reach: The number of times a post was displayed on a user's screen.
Reactions: The total number of likes or reactions to this post.
Comments: The total number of comments received on this post.
Shares: The number of times this post has been shared.
