What is Social Media Manager?

Social Media Manager for monday.com is an app that lets you easily create, schedule, and publish social media content directly from monday.com—without needing to use external tools or leave your monday.com workspace.


How can I schedule a post?

First, ensure your monday.com account is connected to the social media platform you want to post on. Then, go to the Create Post section, enter the text, and optionally add media. You can publish the post immediately or schedule it for a future date and time.


Which social media platforms can I connect to?

Which subscription plan should I purchase for the app?

You can choose a subscription plan based on the total number of social media accounts you need to connect. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, depending on your needs.


Where can I purchase a plan?

Social Media Manager supports billing through monday.com. To purchase a plan:

  1. Make sure the app is installed on your account.
  2. Click the Installed Apps button in the top-right corner of the apps marketplace.
  3. Select Social Media Manager from the list.
  4. Click the Billing tab at the top of the app's main page.
  5. Click Upgrade Plan.
  6. Choose the plan that best fits your needs and click Continue to Checkout.
  7. Complete your purchase using a credit card or PayPal.

Who can use the app?

Once installed, the app is available to all users in your monday.com account. However, it must be added to each workspace individually. Only users with access to a specific workspace can create and publish posts using the connected social media accounts in that workspace.


Can I see how my posts are performing?
Yes. In the Metrics section, you'll find insights like interactions, comments, likes, and shares per post.


I made a typo! How can I fix it?
No worries. On Facebook and LinkedIn, you can edit your post even after publishing. On Instagram, due to platform limitations, you can only edit a post that hasn't been published yet. If you need to change a published post, you'll need to edit the post directly in Instagram.


Can I connect multiple accounts (i.e., more than one Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn account)?
Yes, you can connect as many accounts as you need.


Is there a limit to how many posts I can schedule?
No, you can schedule an unlimited number of posts.


Can I post images and videos?
Yes, you can post both photos and videos at the same time across all supported platforms. Note, however, that LinkedIn only allows you to include one type of media in your post. That is, you can only have images OR a video OR a document in any individual post on LinkedIn.


Can I collaborate with my team on posts?
Yes. Once you create a post, your team will see it in the Recent Posts section, where they can edit or update it if needed.


Can I delete a scheduled post?

Yes, you can delete any scheduled post at any time before it's published.
