Connect your accounts

You can link a Facebook Page, an Instagram Professional Account, or a LinkedIn account to the app.

To connect a new account:

  1. Click on Accounts in the header menu, or click the Connect button in the Accounts tile on the Social Media Manager homepage.
  2. Click Connect New Account.

  3. Choose the platform you want to connect.

  4. Follow the instructions in the pop-up window.

Make sure pop-ups are enabled in your browser. If they’re blocked, enable them, refresh the page, and try again.

The number of social media accounts you can connect depends on your subscription plan. If you reach the limit, you can either upgrade to a higher plan or remove one of your existing connected accounts.
