Manage your posts

You can view and manage your scheduled and published posts from the Recent Posts page. Open the Recent Posts page by selecting Recent Posts from the header menu or by clicking View Posts in the Recent Posts tile on the homepage.

There are two views available within the Recent Posts page: List View and Calendar View.

The List View displays all the social media posts you have created using Social Media Manager, along with information about who created the post, when it was published or is scheduled to be published, and the current status of the post.

The Calendar View shows a monthly view of the posts made in the selected month. It shows how many posts were made on each day of the month, along with information about which platform they were posted on, the status of the post, and the time they were published. You can click the post to display a card with more information about the post.

You can manage each post by clicking on the ellipsis to open the menu options for that post. Your options vary depending on which platform the post is on and whether it has been published yet. On all platforms, you can edit a post before it's posted and even switch platforms if required.

On Facebook, you can edit or delete the post if it has already been posted, or you can edit or cancel the post if it is currently scheduled to be published. Clicking  View Post opens the post within Facebook in a new tab in your browser.

On Instagram, due to platform limitations, you can't edit the post once it has been published, but you can edit or cancel the post if it is currently scheduled to be published. You cannot edit any media included in the post, regardless of whether it has been published or not. Clicking on View Post opens the post within Instagram in a new tab in your browser.

If you need to edit or delete a post after it has been published on Instagram, you'll have to do that directly from your Instagram account.

On LinkedIn, you can edit or delete the post if it has already been posted, or you can edit or cancel the post if it is currently scheduled to be published. You cannot edit any media included in the post, regardless of whether it has been published or not. Clicking on View Post opens the post within LinkedIn in a new tab in your browser.

You can create new content by clicking New Post to open the Create a Post page.
