Manual Updates

In most cases, updates are applied automatically, and no action is required. However, a manual update may be required to enable certain new features or when upgrading the app from the Connect version to the newer Forge version. If a manual update is required, this will be mentioned in the release notes. When you perform a manual update, you will receive the most recent version of the app.

Update the app manually

Manual updates can only be performed by a user with Administrator permissions.

Navigate to the Connected apps screen. This can be reached in two ways
- Log in toAtlassian Administration
  1. Select your organization.
  2. From the left hand navigation menu select Apps → Sites → Your instance name

  3. Select Connected apps.
- Log into your Confluence site as an administrator.
  1. Click the cog icon to open the administration menu.
  2. SelectAtlassian marketplace → Manage apps. Manage apps navigation path">
  3. A warning that the page has moved will show. Click Take me there to go directly to the new page.
Locate Mosaic: Content Formating Macros, Tabs LaTeX HTML Templates. Click View app details.
If you are not on the latest version you will see an Update flag under to the app name.
Click Update.
