Notifications

Email notifications are currently the best and only way to be alerted when tagged in Threaded Comments. 

We make it easy to sign-up for email notifications while completing the Threaded Comments onboarding process.

Sign up

To sign up for notifications any time:

1. Click the Settings option from any board with Threaded Comments installed.

   

2. In the Email Notifications section, enter your desired email address in the Email Address field.
   Ensure the I agree to Orah Apps Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and EULA checkbox option is selected.

   

3. Click Sign Up.

You will now be notified via your desired email address when tagged in Threaded Comments.

Edit Email address

To edit an email address after successfully subscribing to notifications: 

1. Click the Notification Settings option from any board with Threaded Comments installed.

   
2. In the Email Address section, click the Email Address textbox option and type your desired change.
3. Click Submit to save the change.

Unsubscribe

To unsubscribe from email notifications at any time:

1. Click the Notification Settings option from any board with Threaded Comments installed.

2. In the Email Notifications section, click Unsubscribe.
   

3. A success message appears. Please take a moment to fill out and Submit our questionnaire before leaving the page.
