Go in to the Administration Console and you'll see the "Theme Administration" link in the Theme section of the left-hand navigation bar.

When you have received your license key, navigate to the Confluence Administration area.

Locate the "Theme Builder" Heading in the left hand column. Select the License Details link.

You will be presented with the facility to upload your license key here:

Browse to the location of your license key and upload it.
