The features released with this update are not yet eligible for migration, as they are not supported in Forms for Confluence Cloud. Compatibility will be coming in 2026. If you are planning to migrate to Confluence Cloud in the near future, we recommend using Forms Versions 8, 10, or a preceding version 9. These versions migrate well.
Updates
- The Textarea macro has been improved. When filling out a form with this field, users can now use editor options to format their response.

- Assign colors to response options in the Dropdown List. These colors will show in the Response Table macro making it easy to see users responses at a glance.
- The Conditional Fields macro has been enhanced to allowing up to 3 fields to be used as triggers for the condition.
- You can now have more control over the Responses Table by choosing which columns are shown, so you only display the data you want to other users.
- Form admins can choose to make the responses table editable. This allows admin users to edit responses in the responses table.
- Form admins can now choose to let users reload their last response in the form.
- Organize and track form responses by using our new automatic numbering feature.
