• Additional Recipient macros now have the correct id. 
• Correct error messages now show in the following situations:
  • The number of legends is set higher than the number of stars in the Star Rating Macro.
  • A table response macro is linked to an empty database.
  • A button styled with an image uses an image URL without http:// or https://.
• Resolved an issue affecting new installs of Forms 9.0.3 where form component names were not displaying correctly.

• The second round of compatibility updates for Confluence 9 has been released including the following fixes:
  • Bulk licenses now work as expected.
  • Form configurations can now be successfully changed.
  • The user picker field resets after submissions allowing further submissions.
  • Radio matrix fields now display properly on published pages.
• The Destination List field is now empty by default to reduce the chances of incorrect form completions.
