Group By, dashboard widget, & rearrange columns with drag & drop
Use Group By to track issues
Organise your issues by grouping them based on a specific field. Some fields you might be interested:
- Group by 'Status' to see what issues are under each 'status' category
- Select 'Assignee' if you'd like to have your team's progress visible per individual
- Use 'Sprint' as a grouping criteria to understand what your current and future sprints look like.
Each group also has rollups for fields provided by Hierarchy, just like how it works for parent rows. Grouping applies at the top level in the hierarchy, and all children issues will follow their respective parent.
Add Hierarchy Gadgets to Your Dashboard
A Hierarchy widget is now available on the Jira dashboard. Select from a list of your global views to see real-time updates and centralised information alongside other widgets that are already on your dashboard.
Rearrange columns with drag & drop
No more removing and re-adding columns to rearrange them. Simply drag and drop the column headers to sequence them as you like.
Compact view
We've removed the title and unnecessary whitespace, allowing you to see more issues on the board.
More colours for OE Progress & Time Progress columns
You can now gain an enhanced visual clarity for progress columns.
Grey when not started, blue when in progress, green when completed, and red when you've gone overboard.
