Solved - Home menu item
The menus section of builder allows for customization, but I don't see any checkboxes to remove the "Home" button. We use breadcrumbs and there isn't much point to it now. Is there a way to change this? It was in my theme

If "Home" is appearing on the top-level of the menu bar (ie. always shown, not in a pop-up menu) go in to the Layout Tab and click the panel containing the menu then click the "Content" button - you should see a macro in there that's outputting the Home link.
If it's in the View > Other Pages menu then go on to Menus Tab and edit the View menu and you'll be able to find and remove the macro from there.
