Bulk Delete Attachments
Use Bulk Delete Attachments to delete all attachments associated with a page or pages.
This feature will delete the attachment on all versions of the page or pages.
Run the script
To run this script, follow these steps:
Select the Space.
Select the parent or child pages you want to update for Select a Space.
Select Run.
Result
Once you select Run, your results appear. You will be notified how many attachments were deleted, how many pages they were deleted from, and what type of attachments (attachment or image) was deleted.
Example
Remove all attachments from a space
To remove all attachments from a space, follow these steps:
- Enter HR for Space to select the Internal HR Information space.
- Select the entire space for Select a Space.
- Select Run.
Results
Once you select Run, your results will appear:
