Q. Where can I find Smart Forms?

A. You can find the Smart Forms in the group menu. When you hover over a group name on your board, three dots appear to the left of it. Clicking the dots opens a menu, and Smart Forms will appear under the Apps section. Alternatively, you can find the app on the AI Assistant menu from the toolbar at the top of your boards if your account has activated the monday.com AI assistant.


Q. Can I use Smart Forms to analyze the feedback I receive through surveys and forms?

A. Yes, Smart Forms allows you to automatically analyze and categorize qualitative information provided by respondents, making it easier to draw valuable insights from the data.


Q. How does Smart Forms help me to communicate with form respondents?

A. The Get back to responders feature generates customized responses based on the form feedback provided, enabling efficient and effective communication with your respondents.


Q. Can I extract form insights onto a dedicated board?

A. The Extract form insights feature creates a dedicated dashboard where you can analyze responses to each form question, providing organized and comprehensive insights.


Q. Is Smart Forms compatible with all types of forms in monday.com?

A. Smart Forms is compatible with WorkForms and other form integrations on the platform.


Q. Is pricing per user per user or per account?

A. The pricing is per account, and it is based on the number of users the account has.


Q. Who can use the app?

A. Any user with access to a monday.com account with the monday AI Assistant enabled and an active Smart Forms license.


Q. Which subscription plan should I purchase for my app?

A. You should select a subscription plan that matches the total number of users (seats) in your monday.com account. Smart Forms uses monday.com's seat-based subscription model, and we will recommend a suitable plan based on your account size during the subscription process. Please be aware that it is not possible to subscribe for fewer seats than your total count, and each user will require a license.


Q. Where can I purchase a plan?

A. Smart Forms supports billing through monday.com. Ensure the app is installed in your account first and then complete the following steps:

  1. Select the Installed Apps button in the top right corner of the apps marketplace.

  2. Select Smart Forms.

  3. This takes you to the app's main page. Select the Billing tab from the menu at the top left of your screen.

  4. Select Upgrade plan.

  5. Choose a plan and click on Continue to checkout.

  6. Add your payment details and select Complete your purchase.

Q. Can I change my plan?

A. If you purchased a paid plan and want to change it before it is renewed, please contact us through the support portal. If you are still in the trial phase, cancel the current plan and purchase the one you prefer.


Q. I'm concerned about privacy and security, what can you tell me?

A. Visit our End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy for more information.


Q. I got an error message when I tried to use Smart Forms; what should I do?

A. In most cases an error is returned when the data set is too large. You can try splitting your data into several smaller sets to analyze.
