Hi,

I'm experiencing problems with the backups containing accents. The Confluence contains pages such as "nouveautés", and in my layout I have something like 

{builder-show:title=nouveautés}....{builder-show}

When exporting and importing, all the accents have been modified to incomprehensible caracters and Builder doesn't act as expected until I change the characters back to normal. I've tried "& acute;" to replace the character "é" but confluence doesn't interpret it when rendering.

Do you have any idea how I could workaround this problem ?

    what is the nature of your problem with the backups?

    Have you tried the zipped backups used by builder 4?

      Actually the problem occurs when uploading the backup. The xml file is good.
      The word "nouveautés" is modified into nouveautés everywhere, same for every word containing accents.

      Not tried with the zipped backups as we're using builder 3.3.5 because we can't use a milestone for production use.

      I'll give it a quick try.

        OK !
        After a first try with builder4, I just couldn't see the builder admin. Clean cache, force refresh and the admin works (good for me !)

        Then tried the zipped backup. All good, my accents are still here.

        So I'll have to manually correct each word containing accents when I upload a backup with 3.3.5, waiting for 4 to be production-use ready.
