SOLVED. Custom content layouts in themebuilder?

hello,

we added a TreeNavigation to all of our pages using this method:
-we add a page called TreeNavigation
-on that page we put the pagetree macro
-in confluence administration / look and feel / layouts / page layout we include the TreeNavigation page:

#includePage($helper.spaceKey "TreeNavigation")

this works fine, however, when we then apply the thembuilder theme our treenavigation is no longer visible on the pages?

How can we display a pagetree on all pages in combination with the themebuilder theme?
