When contacting Adaptavist Support, it is necessary to provide your Adaptavist Support Entitlement Number (or SEN), so that we can provide you the best possible level of service. You can find your SEN easily using one of the following methods:

Find Your SEN in an Atlassian Server & Data Center Product

  1. From your Atlassian product, click on the Administration icon in the top-right corner, and select Add-ons.

  2. On the left-hand menu, click Manage Apps.

  3. Scroll to find one of your Adaptavist apps and click the arrow to expand the information. This provides you the SEN, as well as other details about the app.

Find Your SEN in an Atlassian Cloud Product

  1. From your Atlassian product, click on the Home icon in the top-left corner, and select Jira Settings.

  2. From there, click Apps.

  3. Then click Manage Apps and scroll to find one of your Adaptavist apps and click the arrow to expand. This provides you the SEN, as well as other details about the app.

Find your SEN on My Atlassian

  1. Navigate to https://my.atlassian.com/products/index and log in with your Atlassian account.

  2. Search for the app.

  3. If you are listed as a Technical Contact or Billing Contact on your license, the license is shown in the resulting list, and you can find your SEN from there.
