I've been working through the tutorials, just to get a feel for how things work in theme builder. I started working on my own theme. For the layout, I selected everything. In my title area, I'm trying to add a table that will display the recently updated items.
Nothing I do seems to center the table. I've tried to set a center align on the table, I've tried setting the layout in themebuilder to center alignment, but neither have any effect. If I set alignments in the table row, those seem to work. Setting the alignment in theme builder will align the text correctly, but the table itself remains fixed in the upper left corner.
The only way to sort of center it is to set the left and right nav areas to some large width and then set the title area to a fixed width, which looks centered, but isn't really that flexible.
Is there any way to center the content of the title area?

Have you tried wrapping it in the center macro?

Okay, I tried that and it didn't work. I tried changing my table to a panel and I'm not able to center that either.
The only method seems to be to set the title area to be 100% (or auto) width, and set the left/right nav areas to be fairly large, like 40% each, then the title area will expand to fill the middle area and will be centered.

Select the page tab (thin strip at the bottom of the preview area) and set it's alignment to centre (assuming it has a fixed width)

My method for centering is:
This works pretty well for me. I don't think I left out any steps, or facts. I hope that helps.
