Potential new user requiring plugin

Hi,

I am building a corporate installation of Confluence for Aetna and have a need to remove some of the default tabs and information provided by the product. I was referred here by the developers and would like to be able to try and/or buy the product if I can determine it will do what I need. However, I'm not sure where to begin that process.
