What is Unlimited Subitems?
Unlimited Subitems is the first and only app that lets you extend the native monday.com information hierarchy by adding as many levels of subitems as you need. A visual tree view allows you to modify and drill down into your extended project structure so you can accurately reflect the way you organize your work in monday.com.
Can Unlimited Subitems work on the main board?
Due to monday.com limitations, apps cannot be integrated directly into the main table. To use Unlimited Subitems, you'll need to add it as a board view. We've designed Unlimited Subitems to replicate the monday experience closely, and we are continually adding new features to make it even better!
Can I use Unlimited Subitems from the monday.com mobile app?
Unfortunately, apps are currently not available on the monday.com mobile app.

What happens if I uninstall the app?
If you uninstall the app, you won't be able to continue using it. However, data on the items created within Unlimited Subitems will remain available on the storage board.
Who can use the app?
Once installed, the app is available for everyone in that monday.com account. However, the app must be added directly to each board from the item view.
Which subscription plan should I purchase for my app?
You should select a subscription plan that matches the total number of users (seats) in your monday.com account. Unlimited Subitems uses monday.com's seat-based subscription model, and we will recommend a suitable plan based on your account size during the subscription process. Please be aware that it is not possible to subscribe for fewer seats than your total count, and each user will require a license.
Where can I purchase a plan?
Unlimited Subitems supports billing through monday.com. Ensure the app is installed in your account first, and then complete the following steps:
- Click the Installed Apps button located at the top right corner of the apps marketplace. Click Unlimited Subitems.
- You will be redirected to the app's main page. Click the Billing tab in the menu at the top left of your screen.
- Once in the Billing tab, click Upgrade plan.
- Choose a plan based on what works best for you and your team! Once you select a plan, click Continue to checkout at the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Pay by credit card or PayPal and click Complete your purchase at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Can I change my plan?
If you purchased a paid plan and want to change it before it renews, please get in touch with us through the support portal. If you are still in the trial phase, cancel the current plan and purchase the one you prefer.
How much are VAT charges and rates?
VAT charges and rates vary based on the rules and regulations of the country you purchase from. For further information, please check with your Finance team or relevant authorities.
