In-App Communications
In-App Communications is a setting in ScriptRunner that, when enabled, allows ScriptRunner to show notifications when viewing a ScriptRunner admin screen.
We may use in-app notifications to show information about security issues, recommended upgrades, survey requests, or licensing offers. When disabled, these notifications won't be displayed.
If your administrators do not have access to the internet, specifically to https://notifications-v1.services.adaptavist.com/, you may wish to disable this.
How to enable/disable
In-App Communications are enabled by default.
To enable or disable In-App Communications follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Settings page by clicking the administration Cog and selecting Add-ons.
Click ScriptRunner Settings under ScriptRunner in the sidebar.
Toggle In-App Communications on/off.
