Get Back To Responders
The Get Back to Responders function generates personalised messages for the responders to your form. The messages are based on the feedback given by the responder, so they are individual to each person.
To generate personalised messages to your responders:
1. Click the ellipsis on the page menu and select AI assistant from the options displayed.
2. Select Get back to responders.
The first time you select the feature, a pop-up appears in the box to explain what it does so you can check that you are using the right tool for the job. To close the pop-up, select the close icon at the top right of the white section.
3. Use the drop-down menu to choose which columns or questions to use to generate the personalised message. You can add more than one option.
To remove a column, select the x icon next to the column you want to remove. To remove all the selected columns use the x icon on the far right of the field.
4. Select the tone for the response using the radio buttons.
5. (optional) You can add a goal for a more specific message. For example, you could say "Thank them for their response and ask if they are willing to do a short interview", and the message generated will follow these instructions.
6. Select Generate.
A column is created to the right of the board with all the personalised messages for your responders.
