Selected Filter is not Available Error
Problem: If you receive an error similar to the one below when generating an export, this indicates the filter has been deleted or that the user running the import does not have the filter shared with them, which means PC is unable to create it when creating the Scrum Board.
The selected filter is not available to you, perhaps it has been deleted or had its permissions changed
Solution: To work around this error, you should make sure the filter exists in the source instance. If the filter exists, you will need to ensure the filter mentioned in the error is shared inside the source instance with the user running the import before taking a new export to import from.
If the filter does not exist, you must recreate the missing filter before generating a new export file.
