The Radio Matrix macro allows you quickly to set up a table format of radio buttons for multiple questions from which the user can select one answer per row.
This type of option is commonly used in a rating or likes scale.
How to add a Radio Matrix macro to a form:
- Create a form using the Forms for Confluence macro.
- Click Insert More Content.
Use the Search function to find, and click, Radio Matrix.
The Edit options for the macro open. Set a Label and a Field Name.
Optional: Write a Description for the matrix.
Set Column Options by giving each a Label and Value.Click the + button to add more options. Click the - button next to unwanted options to remove.
Set Row Options by giving each a Label and Value.
Click the + button to add more options. Click the - button next to unwanted options to remove.
- Use the Selected radio button option to set the row selected by default.
- Click Insert to save your changes and insert a placeholder onto the page.
Publish or Preview the page to see the final matrix.
