Macro Usage

Forms for Confluence helps you build forms directly in Confluence that have the power to transform Confluence for your organization.

Read the instructions below to learn how to add Forms for Confluence to a page. Once a Forms for Confluence macro, validated with a Form ID, is added to a page, macros can be inserted to create a custom form.

How to create a form:

  1. Navigate to the page in Confluence you want to add a form to.

  2. Add the Forms for Confluence macro.

  3. Add the Form ID for the configuration where submissions will be sent.

  4. Add Submit Button Text, if desired.

  5. Save the macro. Clicking back to the body of the page will save changes automatically.

  6. Insert your choice of field macros within the Forms for Confluence macro body.

  7. Save or Publish the page.
