Form Responses

Form Responses can be found in the Forms Configuration section under Operations.

If you cannot see any of the forms responses you expected, contact your Confluence or space admin to sync your access. If you are a Confluence or space admin, prompts to sync forms access are displayed at the top of the Forms Configurations page when required. See Sync Forms Access for more details. 

View Response Data

To view and interact with responses sent to a Form Configuration:

  1. Navigate to the Forms Administration screen.

  2. Move the cursor over the row for your desired ID to see the available operations. These appear to the right of the Form Data Access Restriction column.

  3. Click the View responses icon.

  4. The Responses screen opens.

Upon opening this screen for the first time, a tutorial will appear, giving you the option to learn more about Form operations through a guided experience.

Click Start a quick tour to opt-in.

To finish interacting with responses and return to the Forms Administration page, click Back to Forms.

Restore Data from Bin

When a response has been trashed, it appears inside the Bin tab.

To restore a response submission:

  1. Click the Bin tab to see archived responses.

  2. Click the Select checkbox option for the response(s) to be restored.

  3. Once a row is selected, available action items appear on the upper-right side.

    Click the Restore selected icon.

  4. A Restore Confirmation pop-up appears. Click Restore.

  5. A success message appears, and the selected response(s) are moved to the Responses tab.

Delete Data

To permanently delete a submission:

  1. Click the Bin tab to see archived responses.

  2. Click the Select checkbox option for the response(s) to be removed.

    Use the Select all checkbox option to select all rows shown in the Bin tab.

  3. Once a row is selected, available action items appear on the upper-right side.

    Click the Delete selected icon.

  4. A confirmation dialog appears. To confirm the deletion click the Delete button.

    When the response has been completely removed from Confluence, it is impossible to recover it.
