Adding macro 

To add the Editable Page Properties Report macro:

  1. When editing, select    from the toolbar
  2. Find the macro by name and select it

You can also select the centered , medium-width , and full-width  icons to adjust the width of some macros. Select the trashcan icon  to remove the macro.

You can also type / on the page to bring up the same list you'd see by selecting from the toolbar. Continue typing the name of the Editable Page Properties Report macro to see it.

Usage

The "Editable Page Properties Report" macro allows you to edit a table of pages that contain the Page Properties macro and a specific label. The table includes a link to each page and the summary information contained in the Page Properties macro(s) on that.



Inline edit

The "Editable Page Properties Report" macro enables inline editing of any fields from the "Page Properties." This means you can directly edit the values of various fields within the report without navigating to individual pages. 

To add/edit/delete any value from Page Properties, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the field you want to edit.
  2. Modify or enter a new value for the field.
  3. Click the save button to save your changes.
  4. Click the cancel button to cancel your edit

Sorting

You can sort the report in the Editable Page Properties Report macro by clicking on the column name. This allows you to arrange the data in ascending or descending order based on the specific column you choose. 

Note: The Editable Page Properties Report macro generates a report from the space where this macro is added.
