Configuration

To add the Editable Page Properties macro:

  1. When editing, select    from the toolbar

  2. Find the macro by name and select it

You can also select the centered , medium-width , and full-width icons to adjust the width of some macros. Select the trashcan icon to remove the macro.

Click on the Edit icon to configure your "Editable Page Properties" macro.

Configure reports

To configure the "Editable Page Properties" macro, please follow these steps:

  1. Enter the 'Edit' mode of your Confluence page.
  2. If an "Editable Page Properties" macro already exists on the page, open it in 'Edit' mode.
    If not, add a new "Editable Page Properties" macro to the page.
  3. Click on the Edit icon to configure your "Editable Page Properties" macro.

The configuration panel, appearing on the left side, will present the following fields:

  • Max Results Per Page
  • Data Scope
  • Labels

Max Results Per Page: Choose the number of properties to be displayed per macro page (Options: 10, 15, 20, 25, 30)


Data Scope: Define the scope of Confluence pages that the macro will operate on. You can choose either 'Current Space' (the macro will operate on all pages within the current space) or 'Current Page and Descendants' (the macro will operate only on the current page and its subpages).


Labels: Select from the available labels in the space. The macro will only display pages with the selected label(s). This allows you to refine the macro scope.
