Initial Release - with AWS S3 storage option

This is the first release of Data Control for Jira. This release includes the ability to choose and configure your cloud storage provider and securely store files against a Jira issue.

The current cloud storage provider you can choose is AWS S3. We will introduce more storage solutions in the future.

Files are stored securely in your cloud storage and sent directly from your browser using a secure HTTPS transfer. You can manage those files like you would Jira attachments, benefiting you by from a single Jira interface.
