Link a Calendar
You can link your Outlook or Google calendar to Calendar Availability for monday.com to keep your availability up to date and make task assignments more accurate. Once connected, Calendar Availability automatically syncs your availability and out-of-office status, allowing teammates to see when you're available before assigning tasks. This guide walks you through connecting your calendar, authorising the app, and inviting other users to do the same.
- Select the item or task you want to assign to a team member.
- Navigate to the Calendar Availability tab.
- If this is the first time you are using Calendar Availability, you will be prompted to authorise the app on the workspace. Click Authorize.
- Select Connect Outlook Calendar or Connect Google Calendar to automatically sync your availability.
- When prompted, enter your email credentials to connect to Calendar Availability.
You should see a success message when your calendar is successfully connected. - Select the users you want to invite to connect their calendars.
The limit on the number of calendars you can connect to is based on your plan subscription. - Click Send invites and continue. Alternatively, if you do not wish to send any invites, click Continue without sending invites.
