Thanks for installing Calendar Availability for monday.com!
Calendar Availability is an availability-aware task assignment app for monday.com. It helps teams assign work more effectively by displaying real-time teammate availability, out-of-office (OOO) status, and current task load directly within the platform.
With Calendar Availability, you can:
View teammate availability across specific dates
Select which column displays the assignee
Toggle to show only available teammates
This reduces back-and-forth, prevents scheduling conflicts, and streamlines the collaboration process.
Install Calendar Availability
- Navigate to the monday marketplace and search for Calendar Availability.
- Select to install the app on either All Workspaces or Specific Workspaces.
- Click Install.
- Select the workspace and board to add Calendar Availability to and click Add app.
You're now ready to sync your calendar and invite your teammates to Calendar Availability.
